A crisp and refreshing take on a Mexican lager. We built in a subtle hint of lime by adding a small amount of motueka hops late in the boil to give some lime and citrus notes. Feel free to add more lime if you'd like, we won't judge ;)

Morley’s “Honey” Brown
Our traditional East Town Brown with blueberry honey added. Targeting a mix of a classic English Brown ale with some of the hoppiness of an American Brown. This roasty, chocolaty Brown ale has just the right level of hops to balance out the sweetness.
Brown Ale
Pronounced (gar-ray), a Belgian Saison farmhouse ale with American Idaho 7 hops. A cloudy golden appearance, with the classic Belgian yeast esters combined with the subtle hints of tropical fruit, apricot, orange and pine from the Idaho 7. This one is a tribute to one of Karen's favorite breweries in Bruges, Belgium, "De Garre".

Tropical Stout is a style born, and still largely nurtured, in the West Indies — most notably the Caribbean. Mouthfeel is smooth, creamy, and medium bodied. Roasty with hints of coffee and chocolate, subtle sweetness easiest to describe as a higher gravity sweet stout without any lactose undertones and more fruitiness. (similar styles- sweet stout, or extra foreign stout)
Tropical Stout
A hopbursted Pale Ale, with all Sabro hops. Sabro is an aroma hop that is notable for its complexity of fruity and citrus flavors. It imparts distinct tangerine, coconut, tropical fruit, and stone fruit aromas, with hints of cedar, mint, and cream. Hopbursting is a brewing technique which involves infusion of a massive amount of hops during the final phase of the brewing process to coax out the robust flavors and aromas of the hops. This is a pale, hop forward and very drinkable ale without the hop bitterness.

Our version of an Oktoberfest favorite, festbier with the maltoness of a märzen. A dark amber Bavarian style lager with subtle maltiness, very crushable (typically by the liter or stein!)

Total Eclipse of the Hops
Schwarzbier or "black beer" is a German black lager, light, not overly bitter or malty. Smooth on the palate, soul lifting, and refreshing with a dry finish. Schwarzbiers make a great alternative for the winter months, especially when you're looking for a lighter beer, but one with depth of color and a bittersweet taste that might bring to mind coffee, cocoa, or licorice.

Krazee Hazy Kölsch
German-style Kolsch is light in color and malt character, and we left this one a bit dirty for you leaving a bit hazy!! This style's fermentation process yields a light, vinous character which is accompanied by a slightly dry, crisp finish and subtly higher carbonation than other ales.
Golden Waffle Porter
Caramel colored porter made with 23#s of real Belgian waffles, maple syrup, Magnum coffee beans, and vanilla beans.
